At first glance you would never realize this Central Park elopement took place in January on New Year’s Day. The lucky couple enjoyed a mild temperature of 48 degrees for their outdoor ceremony and the beautiful bride even wore a strapless gown! Joanna and Travis chose Gapstow Bridge for their New Year’s day wedding location and our elopement team were happy to join them. Check it out!
The Bride and Groom chose our 1-hour all-inclusive elopement package – Central Park Elopement with NYC elopement photography and officiant to perform their ceremony. Joanna wore a beautiful white gown with lace sleeves. She added a long veil and delicate headpiece to complete the look. Her bridal bouquet was a mixture of seasonal flowers with hints of pink and sage. Travis looked picture perfect in a blue 3-piece navy suit and ivory silk tie with boutonniere to match.
They chose Gapstow Bridge for their ceremony location. Easily accessible from 59th street, the Bridge is a great choice for couples who want a more private location away from the typical crowds of Central Park. Our officiant married the couple in a spiritual based ceremony and the two newlyweds exchanged personal vows before being pronounced Husand and Wife!
Our all inclusive elopement package – Central Park Elopement is a great alternative to City Hall and perfect for couples who want a personalized ceremony without the fuss of full wedding day planning!
After the ceremony our photographer captured portraits of the two throughout the park at popular locations like Bethesda terrace. The park was still decorated in festive Christmas wreaths and ribbons which looked great in their photos!
We had a great time working with Joanna and Travis and wish them a lifetime of happiness!
