I had the pleasure of officiating the beautiful Central Park elopement of Eram and Diwas who traveled to NYC from Minnesota to get hitched! After meeting in college, the two fell in love and started their journey toward the altar. They booked our all-inclusive elopement package that included hair and makeup, flowers, officiant and permit for Ladies Pavilion along with photography. Our elopement team started at the hotel for the Brides’ getting ready photos, then headed to Central Park for the ceremony and ended in Brooklyn Bridge Park for photos in the Dumbo area. Everything turned out perfect and we were honored to be a part of it all.. Check is out!
One of the many benefits of being an officiant for our amazing photo studio is having the opportunity get to know our couples on a more personal level. Hearing about how they met, fell in love and some of the special things they love about each other further solidifies our team’s choice to enter the wedding industry. By the time the I Do’s are said and the rice is thrown, we really do feel like part of the family.
Eram and Diwas reached out to us to help plan their New York elopement this past winter. They both live and work in Minnesota but wanted to come to New York to get married. The Bride and Groom are of Indian descent and their parents made the 20 hour trip from their homeland to be here to join in their big day, how special!!
When booking our all inclusive elopement package, you receive a team of experienced professionals that are dedicated to making your wedding one-of-a-kind.
We can provide the hair and make up artist to make sure you are picture perfect for the big day, the officiant to make it all creating a personalized ceremony reflecting the unique parts of your love story (and make it all legal), a Manhattan based wedding florist that will customize your bouquet and deliver it right to your hotel and of course a photographer and videographer to capture every special moment. It doesn’t get much better than that! (did I mention how affordable it is?? Check out the pricing here)
We started with the gorgeous Bride at Dream Hotel on 55th street in midtown Manhattan while she got her hair and makeup done. She was stunning in a long white lace wedding gown and wore her hair down in romantic waves. Her bouquet was an assortment of red and white roses wrapped in satin. The groom met me at Ladies Pavilion to await his bride and give his parents a quick tour of Central Park.
Once Eram arrived they shared a few special moments admiring each other before the ceremony began. They read each other personal vows and exchanged rings. They were pronounced Husband and Wife and sealed the deal with a kiss!
Our photographer captured beautiful photos of the couple under the pavilion and by the lake before hopping in a taxi to head over to Brooklyn. The newlyweds visited a few of the popular Dumbo locations like the Ice Cream factory and the cobble stone streets and Carousel (a favorite amongst our couples).
We love the mixture of color and black and white photos in their wedding album and think their photos came out perfect! It was such an honor to be a part of their big day and we wish them a lifetime of happiness!
