About

Offering over 80 acres of waterfront space, Brooklyn Bridge Park serves as the perfect alternative to the popular Central Park for wedding elopements. Couples can choose from three locations within the park for their ceremony with up to 100 guest. The Granite Prospect at Pier 1 offers breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and bleacher seating. The Empire Fulton Ferry Boardwalk is adjacent to Jane’s Carousel and offers a huge lush lawn with views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge and finally, if you’ve always dreamt of a beach wedding but decided to keep it local, the Main Street pebble beach is available for elopement ceremonies as well. The “beach” offers a sandy coast, soft waves and views of the city, the perfect backdrop for your ceremony! Be sure to apply for the wedding permit early and pay the $400 fee, as the Park only grants two permits per location per day.
